Your account and use
These terms cover Lecture Studio, Vision Path, One-Page Reading, Context Parking, MacroScope and Three Kingdoms, together with the shared Bestuff account. The Good Stuff publication and newsletter have separate notices.
Accounts are intended for people aged 14 or older. Registration for children under 14 is not supported. If you are a minor under the law that applies to you, obtain your legal representative's consent where required. A minor or their legal representative may cancel a purchase made without legally required consent.
Keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts and connected-tool permissions you are entitled to use. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Your personal paid access belongs to your account; it is not a reseller or shared team license.
Free, Pro and Lifetime
All six existing core apps, the shared account, automatic saving and basic recovery are available with Free. The defined launch allowance is 10 works in each counted application for Free and 500 for Pro. These commercial count limits are not active today and checkout is unavailable. At the initial paid launch, the paid benefit is increased saved-work capacity in Lecture Studio, One-Page Reading and Vision Path. Monthly Pro, annual Pro and Lifetime provide that same allowance; there is no separate advanced-app or premium-feature bundle in this offer.
A work means one current, nondeleted lecture plan in Lecture Studio, one book record including a completed book in One-Page Reading, or one goal board in Vision Path. Each application has its own count. Lecture case-library entries are excluded. These numerical limits do not apply to Context Parking, MacroScope or Three Kingdoms.
The planned prices are USD 19 per month, USD 190 per year and USD 399 once for Lifetime. They are proposals while checkout is unavailable. Before a future purchase, checkout will show the actual currency, applicable taxes, total and recurring or one-time basis. Free will not convert automatically to paid access, and there is no trial charge unless a separate offer expressly describes one.
Work-count capacity is separate from technical size and file-format limits. Standard workspaces have an 8 MiB save-payload ceiling; application-specific limits and recovery-history limits also apply. The work allowance is not an attachment-storage allowance. Uploaded recordings, cloud media storage and third-party AI credits are not included. Future premium apps, advanced features and cloud attachment storage are not included unless a later offer expressly includes them.
What Lifetime covers
The planned Lifetime offer provides the same allowance as Pro: 500 lecture plans in Lecture Studio, 500 book records in One-Page Reading and 500 goal boards in Vision Path, counted separately. One payment provides that included saved-work benefit for the operating life of the Bestuff service, with no recurring fee. It includes maintenance and improvements to that benefit. It does not mean the purchaser's lifetime, a promise that Bestuff will operate forever, or automatic access to separately priced future products.
For a future Lifetime purchase, we will not remove the purchased saved-work allowance merely by renaming the plan. If Bestuff permanently discontinues the included paid saved-work service without an equivalent replacement within 36 calendar months of first providing the purchase, we will provide an early-closure refund: the price paid multiplied by the unused days remaining in that 36-month period, divided by its total days. The 36 months set only this additional refund calculation; Lifetime access does not expire after 36 months. The 14-day refund promise and any stronger legal remedy always take priority.
Payments, renewal and cancellation
When checkout is available, Paddle is the authorized reseller handling the payment transaction; Bestuff supplies the service. The Paddle buyer terms shown at checkout also apply to that transaction.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew for the same period until cancelled. Use the management link in the Paddle receipt or Paddle's buyer support at https://paddle.net to cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation normally ends paid access at the end of the paid period. Contact Bestuff if that route is unavailable. Lifetime has no renewal to cancel.
After paid access ends, your account returns to Free unless you have another valid source of Pro access. Existing work remains available to read, edit, export and delete. If you exceed the Free count, creating additional counted work is paused until you are below the applicable limit or restore Pro access. Cancellation is not a request to erase your account.
We will give advance notice of subscription price increases and obtain any consent required by law. An increase does not change the amount already paid for the current period or your completed Lifetime purchase.
Your work and external services
You keep ownership of the work you create. You permit Bestuff to store, process, transmit and back up that work only as needed to provide, secure and support the service you request. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize advertising use of your private work.
Only submit material you are entitled to use. Do not upload unlawful material, expose another person's private data without authority, interfere with the service, defeat access controls or use connections outside the permission granted. Pro access does not remove these rules or technical resource limits.
Guest work and Lecture Studio recordings may exist only on your device. Download local recordings separately; JSON exports do not include those recordings. External AI and connected tools operate under their own terms. Review content and permissions before sending it; a revoked connection cannot recall a copy already received by an external tool.
Service changes and access restrictions
We maintain and improve the service, but uninterrupted access and recovery of every device-local file cannot be guaranteed. We remain responsible for obligations and remedies imposed by law. Keep exports of work that you need independently of the service.
We will give at least 30 days' notice before a planned material reduction of a paid benefit or planned permanent closure, and provide a reasonable opportunity to export your work. Urgent security, legal or circumstances outside our control may require earlier action; we will explain the change as soon as reasonably possible.
We may restrict only the access reasonably needed to address an unlawful use, serious breach or security risk. Unless doing so would create a security or legal risk, we will give the reason and a way to contact us for review. Refund or disputed-payment review affects the relevant purchase, not an unrelated valid entitlement. A planned discontinuation without equivalent replacement entitles subscription customers to a refund for the unused paid period and Lifetime customers to the remedy described above.
Changes, complaints and your rights
We will publish dated changes and give advance notice of changes that materially disadvantage you; normally at least 30 days. Changes do not retroactively remove a purchased benefit or refund right. If fresh consent is required, we will request it.
Contact Bestuff first if a service issue needs resolution. You may still use a regulator, consumer dispute body or court available under applicable law. Korean law applies to the Bestuff service agreement without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. These terms impose no exclusive overseas court or mandatory private arbitration.
English and Korean versions are intended to carry the same commitments. If wording differs, mandatory law and the interpretation that preserves the consumer protection promised at purchase take priority. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
